I'm not sure which would make me feel safer, sleepy air traffic controllers whose eyes can barely stay open or groggy air traffic controllers after they've taken a short nap. hmmmmmmm.....
Wait, are they trying to dictate how air traffic controllers spend their break time?? I smell a issue that might be of interest to the ACLU....
Seriously, instead of mandating a policy to prevent air-traffic controllers from napping, how about instituting a policy of having enough of them to ensure that they have adequate time-off and are rested fully for their shifts?
