James Hulsey, 40, was busted on a parole violation in Birmingham, Ala., on Tuesday. What makes him special is the "REJECT" stamp tattooed on his forehead, just in case anyone was wondering. His mug shot popped up today at TheSmokingGun.com, where it appears in a sort of Hall of Fame of tattooed and decorated faces in police mug shots.Sorta makes you want to get a tattoo, don't it? So here's an interesting question:

Please tell me that it's a STAMP and not an actual tattoo. How sad if someone actually felt that way about themself that that's what they choose for a real tattoo.

I went to that website and looked at the other 5 on that wall of shame... geez already!! how would someone with F*** you tattoo'd on their forhead get a job? A recent documentary on tatooing said that often tattoo's like that are not the receivers desire, but are put there by force to identify the wearer as a prison sex slave. Speaking of horrific tat's - I knew a man that had Let's F*** tattoo'd on the inside of his lower lip. Also knew a man that passed out in the company of "friends" and woke to discover his genitals spray painted blue (reminded me looking at the guy with gold pain sprayed on his face). NEATO!!!
